I’m Paul Guarino. I build brands, create opportunities, connect people, and make businesses better.

I’ve spent more than 15 years turning ideas into businesses and relationships into opportunities.

I started PG Sports at 19 as a Twitter page while attending Sacred Heart University. What started as an idea grew into a sports management and marketing company working with professional athletes, creators, brands, and businesses around the world.

Since then, I’ve built companies, managed professional athletes, negotiated deals, secured sponsorships, launched brands, produced podcasts, developed marketing strategies, created content, and connected people who probably never would have met otherwise.

But I don’t really define myself by one job title.

I’m a problem solver

I like looking at a business and asking:

What are we missing?
What could we be doing better?
Where’s the opportunity nobody is seeing?

Sometimes the answer is marketing. Sometimes it’s a partnership. Sometimes it’s content, branding, sponsorship, social media, a new revenue stream, or simply connecting the right two people.

Whatever it is, my goal is simple: leave it better than I found it.
